Current Conductors – Returns & Refund Policy
At Current Conductors, we aim to provide the highest quality repair services. However, if you experience any issues with your repair or need to return an item, our Returns Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Repair Services Returns:
Faulty Repairs: If your repaired unit fails due to the same issue within the warranty period, we will repair the item again free of charge. Please contact us before returning the item, and we will provide instructions for sending it back.
Non-Faulty Repairs: If a unit is sent for repair and is found to be non-faulty after testing, we will contact you with options. In this case, a testing fee may apply.
2. Warranty Policy:
Coverage: All repair services come with a warranty (typically 2 years, unless otherwise specified) covering the specific repair work completed. If the same fault reoccurs during the warranty period, we will repair the unit at no additional cost.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults that occur after the repair, physical damage caused after the repair, or water damage. Tampered units may be subject to additional repair charges or may not be covered by warranty.
3. Refunds for Repair Services:
Eligibility: Refunds for repair services will only be considered if we are unable to repair your unit. If the unit is non-repairable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Testing Fees: If a unit is found to be non-faulty or has been tampered with prior to arrival, we may deduct a testing fee from the refund.
4. Product Returns (Non-Repair Services):
Unopened Items: If you’ve purchased a product (not a repair service) and wish to return it, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened or used are subject to a restocking fee and must be in resalable condition to qualify for a partial refund.
5. How to Return Your Item:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty repair covered under warranty or a mistake on our part. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
6. Processing Time:
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Exchange Services: If a repair is faulty under warranty, we will arrange for the unit to be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
